In the event that the cakes are not refrigerated and melts, we are not responsible for the damages on the cake. Our cakes are buttercream base, and tend to be very fragile and melt easily.

Cakes NEED to be refrigerated at all times.

Our cakes are all Made to Order meaning we require at least 4 hours lead time from the time of order to pickup/ delivery time.

All cakes require a minimum of 4 hours to be prepared.

Cancellations for same day orders are NOT possible as the cakes are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold. Please request to change your delivery date at least 3 days in advance.

Changes or Postponements in delivery date is NOT allowed once the cake has been made.
